Campsite Rentals:

Campsites are rented to one family consisting of two adults and their children under the age of 18.  Extra adults and children sharing the same site will each be charged a day or overnight visitor fee.  Each family with their own unit sharing the same site, is required to pay a site fee.  Unmarried persons under the age of 21 are not allowed to camp without a person of legal age.  (No more than 1 motor home or trailer on a site.)

Check In/Check Out:

Check in at 1:00p.m.                                          Check out at 11:00a.m.

Out of courtesy to others, please leave your site clean.  Failure to arrive on your arrival date by 6:00 p.m. without prior notice of being late, forfeits the deposit and the site.  All vehicles must display passes at all times when in the campground.

Reservations:

Two-night minimum is required during the months of July and August, and three-night minimum on holiday weekends.  All holiday weekend sites must be paid in full prior to arrival.  There will be no refund for early checkout, no matter the reason.  Deposits can be refunded with a three week minimum notice.  If there is a chance that the size of your camper changes, you must call us and let us know.  All larger campers do not fit on all sites.  Reservations for the camping season will be taken starting January 1st for that year.  Reservations of 3 consecutive weeks or more will be taking in December of the prior year.

Deposit by personal check or money order must be received within 14 days of making the reservation.

Refunds:

Refunds will be given on reservations cancelled up to 21 days prior to arrival.  A $10.00 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations.  Failure to arrive on the arrival date by 6:00 p.m. without prior notification will forfeit the deposit and the site.  Refunds for early departure will not be granted for any reason.

Pets:

Pets are welcome, but must be kept quiet.  A release form must be signed when you arrive with your pets.  They must be leashed at all times (it's a State of Maine law), and you must pick up after them (scoop the poop).  A dog walk is provided for your pets activities!!  No dogs are allowed on the beach at any time.
